Many real estate investors get into this business because they hope to accumulate enough passive income one day to be able to quit their 9 to 5 job.  They learn some investing techniques, begin to make some money, then soon realize they’ve started working a second job!  Before long, many investors get frustrated, burn out, and give up the hope that real estate investing is their ticket out of the J.O.B.
